Senior Care Assistants

We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Carers to join our experienced team at Lynne of Lorne Care Home.

Lynn of Lorne Care Home is a purpose built Care Home in Benderloch, providing a superior standard of accommodation and excellent standards of care. The Home is designed to promote small group living providing accommodation for 62 residents

The main responsibility of the Senior Carer role is to supervise and assist care assistants in providing personal care to the residents and attend to their daily needs, as well as ensuring that a high standard of care is delivered to residents by recognising and facilitating their daily needs

Our Senior Carers will also administer medicines as required in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as to assist in building relationships between staff and residents.Previous experience working within an elderly care environment would be advantageous, but is not required.
39 hours per week. Shifts will also include some weekends; all applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
